This class was Amazing. I loved it! I’ve watched every class one after the other and I will watch them again as I attempt to make pasta for the first time myself. I bought myself a very expensive pasta maker about 2 years ago but it has sat on the shelf since then as I didn’t have the confidence to try making pasta. I wanted to, I love pasta, hence the machine, but as I said, I just put it on my to do list. I don’t know what made me take this class, i waffled over these cooking classes for quite awhile. Can you believe I didn’t actually think they would be worth it? What a mistake! i can honestly say I have never been so pleased with a class as I have been with Giuliano’s classes on pasta making and his sauces. I have made one sauce and that sauce in itself was worth the entire cost of the course and I still have many more sauces to try. I’m so excited! But this is a review of the pasta class and if you are like me and undecided, don’t hesitate any longer. You will learn so much from a very calm and confident cook who teaches in a clear and caring manner. I feel grateful that I had this opportunity to take these classes. The information I’ve learned will be with me for the rest of my life and will also carry on to my daughter and her cooking. How lucky are we? To cook good food that people can enjoy, come together with, to eat together and create memories, good memories with family and friends … priceless as where these courses. Thank you Craftsy for bringing Giuliano to Craftsy and thank you Giuliano for your amazing classes. I’m forever grateful 😉

Straight forward and easy to understand

FANTASTIC class! Great Instructor
The best compliment I think you can give someone is that they make something that seems complex seem very easy. This class was fantastic because it took the art of Pasta making and made it look so simple. The instructor obviously knew exactly what he was doing and best of all was able to convey now only what he did, but how it should feel and how it should look. After taking the course, I am feeling very confident and have served wonderful dishes learned in this class with my family. Everyone raves…..and I hear words like “delicate”….”silk”…..”light” coming from my guests. It used to be a big deal to DECIDE to make pasta…now it is part of “normal” cooking. Thanks!

Could not be more perfect!
As a long time family Italian cook, I had listened to too many people about how to make this pasta and that pasta, and the results were tough, difficult to make and messy venutres with too many silly gadgets and tools. This course set pasta making free for me, and what a pasta it is! I made a pound and a half of some incredible fettucini and served it to the whole extended Sunday crew. I got a standing ovation! The pasta worked up fast, rolled easily, cut without effort and was tender and able to soak the sauce perfectly. No more pasta mistakes or mysteries for me! If you want easy and perfect pasta, don’t hesitate to take this course. The instruction is clear, simple and non repetitive (a huge plus to me). Insturction includes both the pasta dough and the rolling and cutting into many instructiod shapes and uses. Enough patsa shapes and variations are given to inspire, but not overwhelm. The most simple methods are given, and tools you already own are the only requirements. You’ll be able to make any pasta within minutes of instruction, with no confusion or need to scroll back to interpret what the instructor said. Go forth confidently with this course.

Practical, achievable, and a joy to view!!!
Simply stated…bravo! I hesitated to buy this course thinking that making my own pasta would never be something I would make the time to do, and that it would be a daunting undertaking needing a lot of special tools and ingredients. Surprisingly, not so! The teacher is fantastic…just viewing the classes has been a joy, and it is clear after watching all of the lessons that this is all very achievable and I can’t wait to spend a few hours in my kitchen getting to work! The quality of the video is just great…the materials….great! The instructor…great! The content…great! The best thing for me is that I have a pasta roller which has been in my family since I was a little kid…can’t wait to use it now. Thank you for a great learning and viewing experience!

Giuliano Hazan is the real thing!
I have been a student of Giuliano,’s for 20 years and have used his recipes and techniques at work and home with great success.I am a chef and love Italian food and if you love Italian food as I do and want to learn from one of the best, take one of Giulianos classes. His food is truly authentic. He doesn’t infuse any other cuisines when he teaches which in my opinion is what makes it so good. Giuliano;s the real thing!

Giuliano Hazan’s Incredibly Delicious Pasta Course
If you love to cook, or love to eat, or if you are a Pastaholic, this is the class for you – Giuliano Hazan’s class on Pasta making. It was amazing and I have been making homemade pasta for years with my grandmother, mother and aunt and I am in my early 60’s. You are never too old to learn. What I love about these courses are that once you pay for them, you can access and refer to them all the time. There is something to be said for “a picture paint’s a thousand words.” I learned a few helpful tricks. I asked a few questions and received a response from Giuliano as close to immediately as you can get on an on line course. The dialog is so easy to follow, and he makes teaching a breeze. I am in the middle of relocating and I can’t wait to get into my new kitchen and make some ravioli. I haven’t thought about doing this since my mother passed away, but after taking this course, I am psyched to start again. Take Giuliano Hazan’s course, you won’t be sorry. I hope he decides to do even more classes, I will be looking forward to taking them. I liked the course so much, I gave it as a gift to a friend – we are planning a pasta marathon weekend in Florida in the near future!
